    Description:

    Applazin (Buprofezin 25% Sc) is an Insecticide belonging to the group of Insect Growth Regulators. It blocks moulting of larvae and nymphs, which results in death. It is a new insecticide for integrated pest management (IPM) and environmentally safe.

    Advantages:

    It blocks the chitin building of insects.
    Applazin prevents the development of the exoskeleton in nymphs which leads to the death of underdeveloped insects.
    It regulates all the stages of nymphs of insects & it decreases the egg-laying ability of the female insect.
    It is of organophosphate insect class.
    It prevents molting in pests.
    It produces a long residual effect that aids in pest control.
    It destroys pests by inhibiting chitin synthesis.
    It inhibits oviposition in pests.

    Use and crops:

    Crops: Cotton, rice, chilli, mango, grapes
    Target pest: Brown plant hopper, white-backed plant hopper, green leaf hopper, Whiteflies, aphids, jassids, thrips, mealy bugs, Yellow mite, Mango hoppers

    Dose: 400 ml per Acre
