Description:
White Out (Diafenthiuron 47.8% w/w SC) is a broad-spectrum insecticide applied to manage a number of insects, such as aphids, jassids, thrips, and whiteflies. It is a non-systemic insecticide, indicating that it never enters the plant onto which it is sprayed. In stead, it works by contact and ingestion, fatally harming the pest when it gets into contact with the insecticide or feeds on something that is treated with the same. It functions as a mitochondrial electron transport inhibitor, interfering with the process of ATP and breaking the balance of energy within the pests' cells. Subsequently, the pests get paralyzed and die.
