     Description:

    Unizeb (mancozeb 75% wp) works very effectively when applied in preventive spray schedules at 7 to 10-day intervals. In addition to disease management, it supplies manganese and zinc nutrition to the crop. It is a good protectant fungicide that manages diseases caused by all four principal classes of plant pathogens in a broad spectrum of the cross. Due to multisite action, no resistance development against mancozeb has been reported so far and is functioning well even after being on the market for over 50 years. It is a pure contact fungicide that works before penetration of the fungus inside the leaf therefore its application should be properly planted when there are high spores falling on leaves under weather conditions.

    Advantages:

     Multi-site fungicide with broad spectrum of activity, which manages high number of diseases (with its action at many sites), due to phycomycetes, advanced fungi and other group of fungi, infecting numerous crops.
    Applied in foliar sprays, drenching in nurseries and seed treatments in several crops. It can be applied time and again, without any risk of development of resistance, for several years.
    Most effective fungicide to be applied in combination with systemic fungicides to avoid and/or retard resistance development. Besides disease management, it also delivers manganese and zinc in traces to crop, thus keeps plants green and healthy.
    Very safe to natural enemies and environment. Thus part of Integrated Disease Management.
    Compared to other fungicides, it is more cost-saving in the long term due to nutritional advantages and better crop protection leading to high yield and quality.

    Use and crops:

    Use in all crops such as: paddy, wheat, tomato, potato, groundnut, grapes, chilli, banana etc.
    Effective largely in all fungus.

    Dose: 500-600 gm per acre
