    Description:

    A systemic fungicide called Metaxcel guarantees double protection from within and from outside. Being a multisite protective fungicide, it prevents spore germination and stays on the leaf surface, hence disrupting six distinct biochemical processes inside the fungal pathogen cell.

    Advantages: 

    It is used for the prevention of downy mildew of grapes, damping off and blackshank diseases in tobacco nursery.
    Used particularly for the control of systemic downy mildew diseases, it is a systemic, benzenoid seed dressing fungicide.

    Use and crops:

    Anthracnose, Downy mildew, Early blight, and Late blight diseases: 
    crops like Maize, Bajra, Sorghum, Sunflower, Mustard, Sugarcane, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Vines, Peppers, tobacco etc.

    Dose: For seed treatment, 24 gm/ 10 kg seeds; for foliar spraying, 22.5 ml/ 15L water.
