All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take additional time. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email or phone. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, PesticideWorld ships to addresses across Canada. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders as communicated on the Platform from time to time.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your agricultural products are delivered safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your shipment will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Handling of Agricultural Products

Pesticides and crop protection products are regulated goods. All shipments comply with applicable Canadian regulations governing the transport and labeling of agricultural inputs. Products are securely packaged to prevent leakage, contamination, or damage in transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows signs of damage or tampering, note this with the carrier and contact us immediately.

 

7. Delays and Lost Shipments

PesticideWorld is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will either re-ship the product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

 

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or re-routing.
